Gina Carbeck, BSN, RN
Gina Carbeck is a passionate healthcare professional and the founder of ElementZ Wellness, a unique IV hydration and injection business in Brighton, Michigan.
Inspired by her personal experiences as a client of IV hydration drips and IM injections in Las Vegas, Gina discovered firsthand the numerous benefits these treatments offer for overall wellness. After witnessing how these therapies elevated her health and well-being, she decided to pursue a career in nursing, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)). She now works as a Registered Nurse at Chelsea Hospital where she continues to expand her expertise in healthcare.

With over 14 years of experience in healthcare, Kaitlyn is a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) at Chelsea Hospital. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Eastern Michigan University, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care. Kaitlyn specializes in IV hydration therapy, utilizing her expertise to offer personalized, high-quality hydration treatments that promote recovery and well-being. Her years of hands-on experience and compassionate approach make her an invaluable asset to the healthcare community.

Nicole O’Neil, PHD
Dr. Nicole O'Neill is like no other physician. She stands alone in her intelligence, beauty, kindness, and skill. When you meet her, you will see why she is nicknamed "the doctor that cares." You will immediately feel like family when you become a patient of hers and build a personal relationship that is strong and confidential.
Dr. Nicole is a true artist and highly experienced! She worked as Chief Resident at St. Joe's, then seven years at Chelsea Medicine in family practice and aesthetics before opening her private hybrid practice (Med1, Aesthetics & Lifestyle Medicine) in 2015. She holds numerous certifications in dermatology, aesthetic treatments, and other procedures.
